Shipping Policy

We ship most domestic (U.S.A.) orders by UPS (United Parcel Service) Ground Service.

International orders are shipped primarily by USPS (United States Postal Service). International customers are encouraged to place internet orders. We will not charge your credit card until we confirm the shipping cost with you.

Next Day Air and Second Day Air services are available on request. We will confirm cost with you prior to shipment.

Under normal circumstances, on normal business days all orders received before 3pm EST will ship the same day. Please note that normal business days are Monday to Friday (excludes holidays) and the 3pm relates to Eastern Standard Time. Orders requiring ‘RUSH’ shipment should be confirmed with one of our customer representatives by telephone at 315-463-9261 immediately after an order is placed.

All orders are shipped from our facility in East Syracuse, New York, U.S.A..

All orders are confirmed on order placement by email. If an item is not available for immediate shipment or we need to confirm shipping costs or other matters with you, we will contact you by email or telephone. Once the shipment has left our facility, we will send to you another email together with a receipt and shipment tracking information***.

***Please note that tracking information may not be available for several hours after you receive the email containing tracking information.
